Reflexology

Whether you have a chronic or an acute health problem or you are simply looking for a way to reduce tension and promote wellbeing, reflexology may be the answer to your problem. Although it works on a similar principle to acupuncture, reflexology is entirely non-invasive. Instead of using needles, simple pressure is applied through the fingers to the minute reflex points in and around the feet or hands. This in turn has a stimulating effect on specific parts of the body. This half hour session introduces reflexology to you and is a completely safe form of therapy as well as being a very relaxing and pleasant experience, even for people with tickly feet.

Reiki

Reiki is a spiritual healing art. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. The session is performed with the therapist using specific hand positions. During the Reiki session, the client is fully clothed whilst comfortably lying with gentle music and aromatherapy incense burning. It is a truly relaxing experience.

Hopi Ear Candles

Do not let the word candle worry you - it is nothing like the candles you light for relaxation as they do not drip. They are made from special ingredients from the Hopi, oldest Pueblo people, with great medicinal knowledge and a high degree of spirituality, who brought this knowledge to Europe with the professional involvement of BIOSUN. They use only pure beeswax, honey extract and traditional herbs such as Sage, St. John's Wort, Camomile and pure essential oils. There are leaflets to show you in more detail how they work and their benefits which are numerous, including tinnitus, migraine, ear wax, sinusitis, relief after a recent cold etc.

Beauty Treatments

A range of beauty treatments is available to include facials, manicures, pedicures, nails, waxing and eyebrow and eyelash shaping and tinting. Dermalogica facials and St Tropez tanning are also available. Prices vary according to treatment.
