Furthermore, The Orange Tree cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements featured on this website should they find such alterations necessary.

Delivery of gift vouchers is by first class post, please allow up to 7 days for processing & delivery.

Refunds on vouchers which are reported lost or stolen aren’t possible, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The information contained in our brochure, itinerary and introductory letter forms the basis of our terms and conditions of booking.This constitutes a contract between The Orange Tree and our guests.

Insurance

We strongly recommend you consider purchasing Cancellation Insurance,which providescover in the event of curtailment or cancellation.

Special Dietary Requirements

Please let us know of any special dietary requirements 1 month before you come, so we can cater for you.

Payment

A non refundable/ non transferable deposit of £45.00 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due in full 28 days prior to the actual weekend.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the following charges will apply:

1 month’s notice or more Refund less £45.00 deposit

Less than 1 month Full amount payable

Prices

All prices where applicable include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to amend prices where there is an increase in VAT.

Itinerary

We reserve the right to amend the itinerary without notice.
