Unify Mind, Body & Soul
Yoga means “unite” and is a system of practices that helps people unify their mind, body and soul. It’s thousands of years old and originally came from India and can be understood as a progressive relaxation of body and mind. Over the centuries many different styles of yoga have developed, which generally include some form of deep breathing, limbering and meditation. Our unique approach combines a blend of Hatha yoga, Chakra yoga and Mindfulness practices.

From our personal experiences, we believe that this combination provides all the necessary elements for a fully balanced and integrated approach to health, happiness and well being.
Our teachers have come to yoga & meditation from a wide variety of backgrounds and can share their personal experiences of the benefits of integrating yoga into daily life with you. They are down-to-earth, approachable and understand the real daily challenges, commitments and responsibilities of work, family and general life that can make finding time for ourselves so difficult.
