Please Note! You do not have to be young, slim, vegetarian or flexible to do these practices and gain the stress relieving benefits! The weekend will be light, fun, relaxed and is open to all, both men and women including complete beginners.
The weekend includes an easy introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga and the healing and transformational benefits that you can give yourself through this practice.
There is plenty of time for treatments and use of the sauna and Jacuzzi on the Saturday afternoon and all the usual pleasures of staying at the Orange Tree.
